4. Hiring Manager Interview

The interview assesses the candidate both from a technical point of view and from a personal point of view to ensure there's match with the rest of the team

Resume screened by a recruiter who is familiar with all job openings, not just the one for which the candidate applied. By using recruiting tools we search the best profile to join our teams

2. HR interview

To assess motivation, availability and specific cognitive abilities related to our values and behaviours

3. Technical interview

The interview assesses the technical level of the candidate, where relevant

Under the motto "Accelerate your emotional transformation“, S.E.T. is an internal mentoring program with seven dedicated mentors. You can learn from and be coached by the very best people – supportive, approachable leaders and colleagues with great expertise across all areas of our business.
