Activity Based Working

In May 2023 we launched our new offices in Bucharest and Craiova under the Activity Based Working (ABW) approach. ABW emphasizes the completion of tasks and activities rather than focusing on a fixed physical workspace. In an activity-based working environment, employees have the freedom to choose where and how they work, based on the nature of their activities. This includes individual workstations, open collaboration areas, gradena, meeting rooms, quiet and relaxation zones. The approach allows our employees to be more productive, creative, and engaged. But of course, they can still work from anywhere they want.

Process

There are six unique parts of our recruiting process, in order to ensure that quality is never compromised and that our decisions are as free from bias as possible

1. Screening

Resume screened by a recruiter who is familiar with all job openings, not just the one for which the candidate applied. By using recruiting tools we search the best profile to join our teams

2. HR Interview

To assess motivation, availability and specific cognitive abilities related to our values and behaviours

3. Technical Interview

The interview assesses the technical level of the candidate, where relevant

4. Hiring Manager Interview

To assess motivation, availability and specific cognitive abilities related to our values and behaviours

5. Decision

Formal, structured feedback compiled, hiring manager reviews and, where relevant, input from our CEO
