In May 2023 we launched our new offices in Bucharest and Craiova under the Activity Based Working (ABW) approach. ABW emphasizes the completion of tasks and activities rather than focusing on a fixed physical workspace. In an activity-based working environment, employees have the freedom to choose where and how they work, based on the nature of their activities. This includes individual workstations, open collaboration areas, gradena, meeting rooms, quiet and relaxation zones. The approach allows our employees to be more productive, creative, and engaged. But of course, they can still work from anywhere they want.

Under the motto “Accelerate your emotional transformation“, S.E.T. (Softelligence Emotional Transformation) is an internal mentoring program with seven dedicated mentors.
