As Head of People at Softelligence, I find inspiration from various sources. Nature is one of my biggest inspirations as it reminds me of the beauty, resilience, and interconnectedness of the world. The vastness of the universe also inspires me to think beyond boundaries and explore new possibilities. However, the primary source of inspiration for me is the people I work with. Witnessing their dedication, passion, and growth fuels my drive to create a supportive and enriching environment for them.
