Softelligence, a technology and consulting firm, forecasts a challenging 2021, but more predictable than 2020, in which it estimates that the company’s revenues will evolve by + 25-30%. At the same time, the team will grow by at least 60 new employees to be recruited during this year.

Softelligence ended 2020 with a turnover 10% higher than the previous year, despite the difficult economic context.
Recently, Softelligence has partnered with Databricks to accelerate innovation and support data processing, analysis and interpretation teams in solving the most complex challenges in their domain. The integration of Databricks technologies in the solutions and services offered by Softelligence will allow the company to come up with proposals adapted to the current needs of the financial and banking industry where unified data analysis is now a priority.
Previously, Softelligence had entered into a partnership with insurtech firm INSTANDA, a leading customer and policy management platform for the insurance industry, which is headquartered in the UK. The platform, hosted on Microsoft Azure, is entirely no-code thus having the possibility to configure from simple general insurance products to life and health insurance.
The objective of this partnership between Softelligence and INSTANDA is to provide insurers in Central and Eastern Europe with access to technology dedicated to the insurance industry. That, together with business expertise and successful project delivery services, has the goal to accelerate digital transformation, which is much needed at the moment in the context of the crisis generated by Covid-19, but also in the future, from the perspective of changing consumer behaviours, as well as regarding the evolution of the rules of social distancing.
At the end of 2020, Softelligence has refreshed its visual identity, a new brand image, updated and connected to global trends.
