We are looking for an innovative, meticulous, and experienced Scrum Master to implement Scrum as the working framework for a new formed development team


  • Experienced in the delivery of software development projects in an agile environment;
  • At least 3 years experience in a Scrum Master role;
  • At least 5 years experience working in a software development environment;
  • Agile/Scrum certifications are desired to be obtained;
  • Good understanding of the SDLC and previous experience in implementing/improving new/existing flows;
  • Very strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching, being able to lead
  • and influence others;
  • Committed to the development of all team members and continuous development of
  • capability within the department;
  • A real interest in problem-solving and focused on results;
  • Proficiency in English;

Key responsibilities

  • Implement Scrum as the working framework for a newly formed development team;
  • Discuss and agree on a workflow in accordance to project objectives;
  • Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders, including the development team;
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to help him with the implementation of the project/product vision;
  • Ensure that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules, becoming fully functional, productive, and self-sufficient;
  • Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement;
  •  Provide regular, constructive feedback to the development team;
  • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them;
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
  • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions;
  • Shield the team from external interferences, being not a team leader, but a team protector and facilitator.
