We’re on the look-out for a QA Automation Tester

• 2-3 years experience in testing / software development / business analysis OR
• 2-5 years experience in banking/ insurance
• Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, processes and tools is an advantage (ALM Quality Center, Zephyr)
• Experience with any project & defects tracking tool (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with Agile Scrum framework
• Basic understanding of databases structure and management (MSSQL/ Oracle/ Sybase)
• Good understanding of different testing types (functional, usability, integration, negative and error management, data quality, regression)
• Hands on experience with automation testing frameworks for UI and back end testing (Selenium WebDriver, other)
• Ability to generate data for testing based on given data quality and structure requirements
• Experience with testing web applications is an advantage
• Experience with back end testing using REST API framework (Swagger, Postman) is an advantage
• Experience with testing mobile applications is an advantage
• Experience with planning and executing performance testing is an advantage
• Experience with planning and executing security testing is an advantage
• Relevant software tester certifications (ISTQB) are an advantage
• Be interested to learn and grow based on individual objectives and feedback by acquiring new skills and technologies

• Attention to details and patience
• Problem solving skills be creative to propose solutions for reported challenges

• Act as a software quality ambassador through daily activity
• Ability to switch projects if needed and/ or work on more than 1 project in parallel is an advantage (if needed effort allows it)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Romanian
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Test coordination skills (planning, guidance for the team, monitoring and control) is an advantage
• Availability to mentor other team members on best testing practices, processes and tools is an advantage
