We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter with exposure in managing a recruitment process from A to Z, including full control of your candidate searches as well as assessment. We create a learning ecosystem, not just a job.


  • +3 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Exposure in managing a recruitment process from A to Z, including full control of your candidate searches as well as assessment
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Focused on target achievement
  • Good command of English
  • Great networker

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating the recruitment process in order to grow the team with talented Software Developers: .NET, BI, Web/ Frontend, Data Scientist, Solution Architect, QA, etc;
  • Actively seeking candidates through social networks and proactively approaching them with professional opportunities;
  • Handling all the recruitment stages: job analysis, profile definition, sourcing channels strategy, HR interviews, and assessments, job offers;
  • Thoroughly keep a record of personal work & efforts as well as constructively collaborate with peers, in order to have accurate data
  • Induction and Onboarding;
  • Keeping up to date with the IT industry job market facts, managing the expectations, and partnership with the Hiring Managers for the selection of candidates.
