We are looking for a passionate Financial Controller to have active involvement in improving the internal control system at the company level and group level. 


  • + 3 years of experience in controlling/ audit
  • Solid knowledge of Romanian Accounting and Reporting Standards/ IFRS is a plus as well as ACCA qualification
  • General business processes knowledge
  • MS Office Operating (Excel, PowerPoint) – advanced level
  • English skills – advanced level

Key responsibilities

  • In charge with revenues cycle at group level, ensuring completeness and accuracy of revenues recognition and invoicing
  • Directly interface with operational teams (PM, PMO, Sales, Procurement) to facilitate the flow of information necessary for revenues and expenses recognition, accruals, and invoicing
  • Prepare monthly reporting package actual versus budget, analyzing and investigating deviations, proposing corrective measures for the Group companies allocated
  • Monitors monthly-end accounting process, ensuring that trial balance presents a true and fair view of the company operations, in accordance with legal regulations in force
  • Active involvement in improving the internal control system at the company level and group level; participate in preparing and implementing the internal procedures and instructions, developing and proving act
